Z4 tablet stops at startup

Hello Sony,
I have a Xperia Z4 tablet - 10 inches
It is almost new.
A big worry: it locks up regularly on ignition! Before I can enter the password.
I have to do at least 15-20 reboots / reset and use in the 20% battery + sometimes take 30 minutes to finally turn on the tablet in good conditions!
So, I leave the tablet at home since I never know if I will succeed in turning it on the first shot! I find it unfortunate for a product that is positioned in the top-of-the-range in 2017 (my old Chinese tablet at 45 euros never troubled me, bought 8 years ago ....)

Specifications:
I did a system restore, a reset .... this has not changed anything.
What should I do ?

Sorry to hear about this

When you say you have performed a reset, did you perform a factory data reset or have you performed a software repair using Xperia Companion?

Also, after the reset did you load all data including apps on straight away or did you test the tablet before loading data back on?
