I have attached a jpeg. The case was always ever so slightly raised at this position &amp; I guess with continual flexing is has snapped. Has anyone else suffered this problem? Anyone had it repaired? I purchased it from John Lewis &amp; it came with a 2 year guarantee but am not sure if it will cover this issue. Your thoughts please.
