    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can get them refilled at place near Richmond London but its more expensive than new and the casing is never assembled as well as brand new.
