topic SOUND PROBLEM WITH VAIO BX197XP in PCs & Accessories

I have experienced some anomaly with my brand new vaio BX197XP, which has a problem with the sound when listening through the headphones. Particularly, it randomly alters the sound volume and the sound frequency at the same time, in other words the sound level becomes low with the feeling as if you are hearing a very low bit-rate sound.

I have tried several headphones, so the problem is not in headphones. Bluetooth, headphone and the laptop original speakers work fine.

In addition, I have noticed that when this happens and I press the laptop body on the left side from the Touch Pad the sound becomes normal.

Can anyone please have any idea what this could be?

Thanks a lot

Vlad
