Wasting time finding nothing. First I cannot call Sony in Paris (because telephone calls canot be charged from Burkina Faso), Second Sony does not answer any of my emails since 3 month or so. Third I do not find the answer at the so called support pages. <BR /><BR />So please, what is the procedure to get a batterie and a keyboard delivered to a house in france for a sony laptop when you want to install it yourself.
