    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought a new laptop (VGN-SZ1VP/C) in March in UK this year and I just dropped it yesterday.&lt;BR /&gt;I had registered for warranty with the free 3 year on-site warranty that was given with my laptop but I have totally no idea how to use that. &lt;BR /&gt;And does on-site means I can only use it in the UK? When I registered they said somebody will get in touch with me but nobody ever did. So I do not know what has happened.&lt;BR /&gt;I am over in USA now and one side of my keyboard is totally smashed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;THanks for your help! I am really confused about what I should do.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
