      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a three week old VPCL22S1E&amp;nbsp; all in one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The fan runs constantly even when the pc is shut down. Although still conected to power supply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The HDMI and VIDEO lights also blink alternatley.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone have any suggestions, especially the fan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does your model have a HDMI input function that works without the OS being booted up?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so try turning off the HDMI-in.&amp;nbsp; This can turn on a fan if it is on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this does not fix it I would contact Vaio Support, or the shop you bought it from, as a repair may be needed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
