My problem with transferring tracks started after i formatted the hd of the player. Now when i drag and drop a track it initially seems to be working, but doesnt acutally write to the HD of the player. I can tell it hasnt written because there is no log on completion.When i try and transfer another track i get the error msg "could not retrieve the device information".
