I mean I've already sent the unit back to Sony and they reputedly fitted another one. But the more I use this thing, the more I have my doubts. At the moment <BR /><BR />I don't connect the remote<BR />I don't use shuffle functions<BR />I lock the unit to shut off the screen after I navigate to an album<BR /><BR />Monday: used the controls of the unit once to navigate into the albums list and selected the linear album playing function. Played the unit for a total of 2 and a half hours<BR /><BR />Tuesday: The same only played the unit for about 3 and a half hours<BR /><BR />Wednesday: The same thing but again played the unit for 2 and a half hours. went completely dead Wednesday Night!!!!!!<BR /><BR />8 and a half hours dead! Where are you getting 20 hours from SONY! Does the weather have to be a certain way. Air temperature maybe?? This was the main reason I bought the vaio and to be honest Sony have been totally dishonest in their marketing!
