      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;standard fans are quite loud anyway, and with the w1s fan being on top of the desk with you(not stuck underneath in some tower) it will seem louder.. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i only really hear mine kick in when im playing mame, ive not even heard it when burning a dvd, and never when watching tv/dvd so if you think your fan is being a little erratic it might be worth checking out, or if its giving a rattling sound it may be loose, im not too sure im just saying that i only notice mine when playing mame...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i think aswell the dustier it gets the more it has to work.....&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
