As far as im aware it does not have a blu ray capability, indeed i have tried playing blu ray discs and it does not work. However in the My Computer page, it displays two drives, DVD RW Drive (D:) AND BD-ROM Drive (F:), also the lens of the drive is blue, does this not mean it is capable of playing blu ray discs? If it was a Blu-Ray drive it would have two lenses to provide backward compatibility with DVD’s and CD’s.
