Is there anything in the Windows error logs that suggest any part, software or other item failing? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried reseating the removable components? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Perhaps you could run a memory test with memtest86? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keep us posted, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;binbash&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>VGN-NS30E Not powering up</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;looking for some guidance.&amp;nbsp; Have a VGN-NS30E that is not not powering up.&amp;nbsp; Currently pressing the power button gives a green power light a brief orange light of HDD activity, then nothing, just a blank screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have tried just on AC power, just DC power and battery in on AC power.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Problem started approx a 2/3 weeks ago and, was initially overcome by removing the battery, waiting approx 1hr, reinserting and re-powering.&amp;nbsp; Over the past days, this method has not been successful on every occasion and resulting in the situation today where it will not start.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice gratefully received, am suspecting mainboard issue???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;HI evs000&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That doesnt sound good at all &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.no/html/@8A5BDCECEE2E5AB683F2BDAA500F2036/images/smilies/035.png" alt=":slight_frown:" title=":slight_frown:" /&gt; , the issue it could be for a number of reasons really, possibly a failed hard disk, failed psu inside other other components. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it under warranty? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope we can help, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;binbash&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
