      <title>Vaio Turning on Problem</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN lang="EN"&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My problem is that when I push the power button the green light turns on but nothing else happen. I folowed the next steps &lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;Shutdown and Unplug laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;Remove the battery from the laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wait 2-3 minutes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;press ON (power button on laptop) for 1 minute&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;release the finger and wait one more minute.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;plug in the power cable (dont insert battery yet) and press ON button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;It worked only once and the laptop turned on but this was it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you help me?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;What might be the problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Message was edited by: skraniot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have same problem, the Sony after sales is useless, i took delivery of a highspec lap top today, which does not work, and with all the paper work there is only one support phone number and it asks for a case number when you call it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have requested a callback after calling a number of the website and nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im sure there maybe a simple fix for the problem but as i am unable to speak to anyone how would i know.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
