my CPU is currently always high(90%-100%) when i watch a videos either online or offline. i have undertaken several scans with Norton, but no viruses have been found.

also when i play games such as League of legends, my CPU reaches 100% as well as causing freezes to the game and external programs. at this point, my laptop is very hot and i can hardly move my cursor or use the laptop.

i have also noticed, when i open a program such as chrome, my CPU temporarily jumps from lets say a 5% usage to 60-70% for about 2-3 secs then drops back to normal levels when the program is fully open.

im currently using an intel i3 processor

intel(r) graphic hd

4gb ram

could someone please help me here?
