      <title>Vaio E series SVE1512c5E won't start up</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P _mce_style="" style=";"&gt;I have a new VAIO E series laptop SVE1515C5E (purchased from Sony online) and have been using it for around 10 days. It won't start up, once the VAIO logo comes on it just turns to black. This happened last week and I restored the whole system but a few days later the same thing has happened. I don't want to have to keep restoring a brand new laptop. I'm a Mac user and this laptop is my son's so I am not used to PC problems. I've spent the last 2 hours trying to contact someone at Sony but can't find any phone numbers that will get me through to anyone. The voice recording keeps asking me for a case number or seriel number but then says the number is invalid (same thing happening online).&lt;BR type="_moz" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
