Alongside this I also purchased Norton 360, which I installed on the laptop. All seemed okay, however, there is a few issues, namely, Youtube will not play videos - I have tried in both IE and Chrome (As a side note, Firefox will not download so I can't try in that). It will appear to buffer the video, however it usually will not play and if it does it will only play the first 3 seconds before stopping. My internet is fine, I have tried disabling the firewall, uninstalling chrome/reinstalling. Nothing!
