    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bought a VAIO E two days ago, and set it up according to the manual in the box; I have not added or downloaded anything else onto it, but ever since I went online for the first time I have experienced the following problems:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Cannot download the complete VAIO care manual, because the download keeps failing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Whenever I try opening a new browser tab I get a message saying that Internet Explorer is shutting down, and I have to restart my laptop before I can do anything else on it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The shop where I bought the laptop - Argos - will not take it back because electronics are exempt from their 30 day guarantee, so unless anyone out here can help me I have wasted the best part of four hundred quid...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
