Sony VAIO goes black screen on tablet mode

Hi there.

Model SVF13N2J2R.

Problem is then you switch VAIO to tablet, screen goes black, and all system processes freezes - no audio, nothing.

I don't really sure, if that is hardware or software problem. Strange that i didn't find the answer as if it is unique problem.
