the sound was very quiet on my vaio even when i turned the volume up. i guessed it was an audio driver issue so i unistalled the realtek driver but how do i re install the driver and which one should i install

It doesn't look as though Sony are offering a W10 realtek audio driver so I suggest that you try the W8 driver:

If that fails to work you will need to search the Realtek Support site.
