Hi, I am having a problem on my computer. I can't turn on the webcam on my computer? Does anyone know how to do it? My computer is Sony Vaio.

My laptop is Sony SVT1313L1ES running Winows 8.1, and the Webcam stopped working suddenly only a week ago.When I tap the camera app it says the camera is not connected to the computer.
