It could be several things but the first thing that springs to mind is a graphics card failure.

Does your laptop have an Nvidia card in it?

I just turn on my laptop this morning and the screen has this marks on the right side of the screen. It has vertical colored lines on the right side and on the bottom like a medium size black print. in the whole screen has a few horizontal colored lines I had not drop my computer or anything the day before when I used it was completly fine even after i shut it off. Why my screen is like that?

Which Vaio model do you have?

When did you buy it - is it still covered by warranty?

Sony will treat each case individually to establish if it is a manufacturing fault or caused by physical damage.
