      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a PCG-7134M laptop which will not start in safe mode or normal node.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It stops at the message "Recovery Tools are being launched. Please wait."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't have a recovery disk. What should I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;You are using an invalid Vaio model.&amp;nbsp; You will need the correct model if you need any help or downloads.&amp;nbsp; Have a look on the screen surround for a model something like VGN-NR38E.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;If it is a VGN-NR series Vaio, are you still running the original Windows Vista operating system?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;At what stage during Startup do you get this message?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;When did it work last?&amp;nbsp; Have you had any other problems or warnings?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
