VAIO Laptop webcam problems on skype??

Hi All

I'm a newbie here so hope you can help...

I have a VAIO laptop VPCEH2N1E which I've previously used the integrated webcam successfully on Skype however the last couple of attempts my webcam hasn't worked as my friend can't see my image...

I've searched on google and on this forum and I notice posts about ArcSoftware so I wonder if this is causing me problems? I've uninstalled the ArcSoftware Webcompanion and attempted to uninstall Magic Effects with no change.

I've checked Device Manager>Imaging Devices and it says "the device is working properly"... I've tried disabling the device and re-enabling without any success...

Can anyone help please?

Can I re-install the drivers and if so where can I download these from?
