Now when I try to install the Epson software I get "CRC error: The file ...data1.cab doesn't match the file in the setup's cab file. The medium from which you are running the setup may be corrupted; contact your software vendor". I sent the CD back to Epson and after testing they said it was OK.<BR /><BR />The problem occurs with other software CDs but not all of them. It would not run using the install program so I tried manually installing one of the individual applications. Still got the CRC error.<BR /><BR />I then tried Serif PhotoPlus 8 which also gives a CRC error when installing from CD. This application would not install from the hard drive. <BR /><BR />My NTL Broadband software setup CD installed OK when the machine first arrived.
