C1XD and XP-Updates ??

Hi everybody,

I have problems to get smart capture, Powerpanel und batterypack running with the XP Update on my C1XD (german).

Any one around here who has that configuration running?

Configuration:
C1XD german, year ca. 2001, Win98 SE default with all vaio-SW.

Using the Vaio-support-XP drivers isn´t all.
The german Support isn´t very helpfull.

I´m looking for help with the smartcapture, batteryscope, powerpanel and "motion eye still image driver" to bring that camera to work.

For further hints and tricks we should use this tread oder email.

what is the "motion eye still image driver" (twain) good for on W98 and what the aquivelent on WinXP?

Have you tried the drivers for the C1MHP, as they're similar computers they might well work.

No - I didn´t know that. And never guessed, because there are the VE, FVK, MGP between them.

I will be the next try around the 16. of february.
