Hi!

The same for me. I have the same bundle as you (A217S) ans the mouse batteries are empty after about a week. It's very "power consuming"!

I guess we'll have to get rechargable batteries instead. It's the only solution I found.

I haven't had a problem with the batteries in my bundle - yet...

The problem that I have battery wise is that the main laptop battery seems to drain very quickly when working off the battery instead of on AC.

I've just taken it off mains, and the amount of time I've got on my battery off a full charge is 2 hours, 14 minutes, 96% remaining. Not good, considering it's supposed to be Centrino technology, that's why I bought this instead of another brand.

You can adjust teh power profiles to increase the battery life.

dont forget, you have an enormous screen on that model. just keeping the light going must cost a lot of battery life...superb screen though!!.

My Z1RSP only goes about 2.5 hours on a full charge, unless I work with a dim screen and little hard disk access, then I can get up to 4 hours
