Reader PRS-T3 is driving me crazy

My untill now faithful reader has let me down, or rather Reader for PC has. At my last synchonisation all books was for unknown reason removed from the Reader device and was unable to be installed again. When I tried to open a book with reader on the PC it stated that 'the file was empty'. Well I decided to download all books all over again, so I deleted all the 'empty' files from reader for pc and tried to download again, but no matter what book it either states that 'download failed' or 'book is already in library' what it is NOT. I have tried to delete everyting, I have installed Reader for PC again and nothing works. So please help me, somebody must know what this is about? I'm going abroad in a month and I can't go without my Reader :'-(
