Sony DSC-WX350 Cybershot - Cannot Upload to Computer

Hi - I've tried to upload some images from my camera to computer via USB cable.

The message on the computer screen is "Something went wrong. We're having trouble accessing items on the device. Is it unlocked and have you accepted the notification to connect?"

The camera screen says "USB Mode, Mass Storage, USB"

There's no invitation to accept a connection.

Thanks in advance for any help in guessing what's gone wrong. I've uploaded dozens of times and never had this problem before.

Just to add, I've successfully uploaded from another Sony camera so that suggests that it's a setting on the camera, rather than the computer, which is the problem.

Let me know if any of this worked. The second one also mentions changing the setting to auto instead of Mass Storage and give it a go.
