Maybe some key hangs and blocks the input via the other keys. Normally, a key has a pressure point. If you have a key that has no pressure point, you have found the culprit. Whilst it is still able to take photographs I am unable to access the menu or function windows. Neither does it allow me to review the photographs. I have tried removing/replacing the battery and memory cards but to no avail.
