I bought a F24-240 mm lens to use with my A7 camera. When I purchassed it there was a cashback offer of £200 available but I was told I couldn't claim the cashback until one month after the purchase date which expires today. However I am not able to claim my £200 cash back - I am not allowed access to the form, everything has a 'no entry' sign when I try to fill it in. Is Sony operating some sort of scam here. I am a long term Sony user - Alpha 850, A7, two lenses in addition to a TV. This is not on Sony - the cashback offer was valid when I purchased the lens so telling me to wait for 30 days should mean that it is available to me now.
