A mount to e mount adapters

I have recently bought an a6000 e mount after previously having an a35 a mount I have a Sigma 170-500mm a mount lens which I’ve always had good results with so thought give it a try with an adapter before spending hundreds on a new one but it turns out there are 4 such adapters anyone any idea which of these would be best for a long lens
