Hi,

I am attmempting to claim the cashback offer on my a6300 and I am unable to upload the invoice and photot of serial number. Both files are the right format, the right name and the right size. I have tried in multiple browsers and face the same problem. Any ideas how to proceed?

Hi jonoblake,

First it's better to make sure you're using a computer/laptop browser not a smartphone or tablet. Try to clear the cached data in the browser you are using, it works most of the times.
