Sent two claims to Sony on 22nd August 2018, after waiting the required 30 days after purchase (34 days actual), acknowlegement back same day, saying claims would be paid within 28 days of validation date. Two emails received on 25th August saying both claims had been validated and would be paid within the 28 day period already stated.

On 28th August Cashback for both claims was in the Bank. All I did was exactly what sony request ontheir claims pages, not really rocket science after all. For all the Sony knockers and those screaming 'Sony are Scammers', perhaps re-reading your own emails before hitting 'send' would be time well invested. Well done Sony and thank you.

Having the exact same issue.

We bought a Sony ILCE-6000L Camera. We had the same issue where we had tried to register our claim within the 30 days and was advised to wait after the 30 days of purchase.

We too have not received anything from Sony in regards to our £100 cash back. It’s a total scam.

I have had No Problem getting my cashback.

You should contact SONY =ASAP.
