Sony alpha 6000 - crossed out battery

Hello,

I need help, I have my Sony Alpha 6000 and I have a problem. When turn on my camera, I can´t see procentage of battery. I can only see crossed out orange battery. What does it mean please?

This indicates that the battery pack is exhausted and needs to be recharged.

How are you trying to recharge the battery? Try removing the battery and replacing to reset and then charge using a mains adapter.
