Do you have any idea why the below video has so bad quality and stabilization?

Hello @daltt83, it looks very pixelated! Try to change the movie format ( Shooting settings - (Movie format) - setting value, then press the REC/ENTER button)

You can also change the image quality setting, image qualities that can be set depend on the “Movie format” setting as well. I came across this link from the camera manual: https://helpguide.sony.net/cam/1640/v1/en/contents/TP0000912380.html, check it out.
