Action cam iPhone App crashes > Loads video from camera press import and it crashes. The App no longer works despite linking by wifi to my iPad. It did work and no just crashes. Is there a fix. Its supposed to support WiFi. Fails on iPhone 12 and iPad latest IOS software 14.3. Please advise! this app was last updated 2 years ago.

which app do you use?

Which firmware is your camera on?

The app was replaced and renamed to "Imaging Edge Mobile".

Works like a charm with both my FDR-X3000 cameras.

How come I can’t import my videos from the camera to my phone from the imaging edge app? Is there a way to fix that?

Hello @Xifu_BB4,

for certain phones you have to set the video mode to MP4 so you can import them.

that may be the problem for me then. Wish Action app was still working instead thanks!
