WF-1000X wireless earphones low power warning

Bought these at the week end, I have had cheaper ear buds before, these seem to be better quality even with the odd sound drop out from the right bud..(my previous ear bud sound dropped out every time I moved my head)

Last night I fell asleep wearing these only to be woken this morning at 05:00 by the low power warning. Is it possible to reduce the sound on this warning or to switch it off ? Don't like being woken up so early by a loud voice shouting down my ear..

Hi @Tucker3738, just for information this is the italian forum. Anyway, they just needed to be charged, there's no way to shut the voice guidance down or reduce its volume.

I forgot the firmware update part...in which part does it fail? Have you checked if the current version on your device is already the last one available? (v.2.0.0)
