Hoping someone can help. Headphones are great but my Right one has started to charge unequally and the red light is much duller compared with the left. Amount of charge drops quickly. I have tried to reset but flashing light does not come on

Please advise

Me too right ear bud discharges after 45 minutes from full.

Just a thought, do you guys charge the headphones using the supplied cable? If so, is it through a computer or an adaptor?
