I have the wf1000xm3 earphones they are paired but no sound comes out of the left earbud, I have tried resetting and initialising but it hasn’t worked , on the app it says the battery is 100% but no sound comes out, any ideas on how to fix it ?

Is it one particular device you are trying to use them with or is it

several with the same result?

it is with every device , the sound intermittently came back for a few hours today but has stopped working again
