SONY WI-C300 problem with sound

Hi. I have a Bluetooth headset WI-C300 and I have a sound problem. I use them with a Macbook pro and they play a lot of noise after playing any sound. It happens even during the movie, when it is in the audio track completely silent over the noise. It even plays noise among the songs. I found that it could be an AAC codec .... when I set up the SBC codec, it didn't do it, only the sound quality is bad. Can anyone advise me? I got sick of it. Well thank you
