WH-1000XM2 Not charging

I bought these headphones 2 months ago and they now refeuse to charge. I plug into a USB socket on the PC, the red light shows for a few minutes then goes off. i have tried the reset option but no different. Please advise

I've bought the same pair at the international airport in Sydney7 months ago and I'm now having the same exact problem!

Any solution nuggets you can share?

I have exactly the same problem. I can used them a couple days in a row and they work perfectly and than I pull them from the case and they won't turn on. I suspect I forgot them on and the batterie is completely empty, so I try to charge them and it doe snto work. The light become red for 1-2 minutes than turn off.
When I try to open them up, I get nothing...
This is very frustrating. I bough mine as well in an Airport shop in Montreal.

I have a new set of earphones. Mine didn’t charge, I think that you need to use them until

the battery is flat, then each time you charge a higher % of charge should be reached, allowing them to go completely flat between charges might be the answer.

Let me know if this helps, it’s what I’m trying.
