    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes my bluetooth stopped working at all after just a few months and only a handful of uses. Tried updates, new devices etc etc, but nothing works.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Met 2 people on the tube a couple of days ago both complaining of faults and breakages. Really poor quality for a flagship model at such great expense.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've had my XM3's for less than a year, and just through normal use the weak piece of plastic holding the earcups on to the frame has snapped, making the headphones pretty much unusable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_20191220_145910.jpg" style="width: 1200px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.sony.no/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/438958iB4274DD240BCB86A/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="IMG_20191220_145910.jpg" alt="IMG_20191220_145910.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Very disappointing for a pair of headphones this expensive. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so did you get it fixed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
