WH-1000XM3 terrible build quality

Hi,

I've had my XM3's for less than a year, and just through normal use the weak piece of plastic holding the earcups on to the frame has snapped, making the headphones pretty much unusable.

Very disappointing for a pair of headphones this expensive. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so did you get it fixed?

Yes my bluetooth stopped working at all after just a few months and only a handful of uses. Tried updates, new devices etc etc, but nothing works.

Met 2 people on the tube a couple of days ago both complaining of faults and breakages. Really poor quality for a flagship model at such great expense.
