Hi Guys,

I saw a similar issue on the board but the situation is a little bit different.

my wh-1000xm3 suddenly won't power on and charge. Even I tried 2 reset method(press 2 button together with USB and without USB). but it won't change anything.

if I plug USB to headphone, there is no LED anymore.

I think this happens after fully discharged. I had charged over 3 hours. even LED is not on.

Should I go to repair center?

which charger do you use?

Try a 5V 1Amp charger if you use some kind of speed-charger.

I used 3 type of charger. first one is PC with windows 10. second one AC charger from samsung galaxy. third one is USB PD charger compatible with QC 2.0
