so this may have already been asked, I have a KD55XE9005, I’ve just received some headphones WH1000XM3, I can’t for the life of me pair them with the TV the H/Ps work with my iPhone XS, I can pair a Bluetooth speaker with the tv.

any ideas.

Hello @skunkie01,

your TV probably doesn't support the right bluetooth protocol to work with the headphones.

But that is just an assumption.

There are dongles which you can connect to the headphones-audio-jack to connect the headphones to.

I believed the Bluetooth protocol is A2DP which the spec sheet for my tv says is there.

did you delete all bluetooth devices connected to the TV before trying to pair the headphones?

Are the headphones in pairing mode?

There are no other items connected, I connect my HK studio 4 speaker to confirm Bluetooth on Tv is working

After updating TV software, headphones are working fine.
