Hi, new forum member here.

I can notice a difference between the noise cancellation background hiss and when you press it to select ambient sound then press it again to turn ambient Sound off and nose cancelling on again. It sounds quieter when ambient sound has been turned on and off again. Does anyone else notice this?

Hello @Gadgetmat,

this is not surprising - when Abient Sound Control is off, the NC-mics are off.

When Ambient Sound Control is on, the NC-mics acitvely pass trough the sound around you.

When NC is on, the mics are used to actively cancel out the sound around you - for that the mics are also on.

- Nic
