Sony WF-1000XM3 and Microsoft Surface Pro6 bluetooth issue

I have just bought Sony WF-1000XM3, but I can not connect 100% to my Microsoft Surface Pro6(it is firmware & software updatet). After bluetooth connection it says only speech working, and I can not hear any music or movie sound from Sony WF-1000XM3.

I have removed and setup again many times, but no luck with music/movie sound.

My other headset(Sony WH-1000XM3) I do not have any problem, only with Sony WF-1000XM3.

What could be wrong? What to do?

Hi, I have had exactly the same issue. There are better setup instructions available in the Help Guide. The title is Pairing and connecting with other Bluetooth devices. It can be found on page 64.

The multi lingual picture guide is certainly not the easiest thing to follow in places.
