Hello Sony,

I just bought the WH-1000X M3 from Amazon Italy (I live in France). I have a huge problem with the microphone.

I am using a Xiaomi blackshark and the microphone is not working at all in calls.

I tried it on an Iphone from my friend and it's working fine.

I tried it on an Huawei P20 from my other friend and it's not working at all.

Please help. The headset is new and the firmware is 4.1.1

Is it a general issue with Android?

I find it really disappointed to have issues like this on a headset that cost around 400€

did you verify the audio-mode in your phones bluetooth settings is correct? If "call-audio" isn't ticked, it won't work.

Yes I checked and it is activated.

I am not the only one that has this issue apparently.

How to contact Sony Support? This is unacceptable.

If this issue isn't fixed soon then it will be the last product I buy from Sony in my whole life.
