Hello

I had bought my new pair of Sony - WH-1000XM3 today at a local best buy. When I had gotten through the pairing prossecs i had noticed that the right ear speaker had stopped working and will not come back

you can try to reset it - if that doesn't resolve the issue, exchange it at your local BestBuy.
