Thinking of one of these two devices but unsure what one to get. I like my bass and looking for a comfortable fit as will be using for a long period of time.

I would recommend checking out the website and compare the specifications and features for both the 1000XM2 and WH-H900N h.ear on 2 Headphones. You will also be able to read customer reviews for both Headphones.

It might also be worth trying out both Headphones at your local retailer.
