WI-C400 - Volume Issues with Windows 10

Hi,

I have recently purchaced a WI-C400 Bluetooth wireless headset. With all my devices, like phone and Kindle the volume is fine and adjustable - but on my Windows 10 PC, however many times I forget and re-pair it, the volume is always set to Maximum and that Maximum volume is *really* quiet. It's just not loud enough.

I've tried clearing my cache, forgetting the headset, and restarting my computer several times, but every time I do i have the same issue.

Hi Paul,

That's strange. But, had this been an issue with the headphones, the volume would have been always low. I'd recommend getting in touch with the manufacturer of the laptop. They might be able to help.
